I am a writer. Did you all know that? No probably not, not from looking at this blog anyway. But I am. I even have a bachelors degree in creative writing.
But I haven't written in years, other than lists, and lists of lists, and sub lists to the lists. (Oh my how I love lists.)
Anyway. Why have I not written in years you ask? Well, it's very hard to make a living as a writer and I am at heart a pragmatist. I have had a succession of soul sucking, but paying jobs. Then add a house, a marriage, a child, blah blah blah..... not conducive to creativity.
I am rediscovering myself. I started this blog mainly to write regularly again, get re-accustomed to computers, and play with photography, Oh and meet interesting people out there in the great big world.
So, if my writing is a little dull, or bounces from one thing to another (no not my thinking), or if verb tenses are wrong and words misspelled please remember the pen (well keyboard) and I are getting reacquainted. So Thanks!

Those are some of my reasons for blogging also! I was an English major with eye toward teaching for my first two years at college. I wanted to be a writer (among many other things.) Life kind of gets in the way of our dreams sometimes, doesn't it? Anyway, you have been tagged on my blog. The rules are posted there. I am off to a candle making class! Have a great weekend. -tonia
