Hello Out There

Thank You Tonia, for giving me a push to come back.

I took an unplanned leave of absence. About a week after the last post I made I was dreading coming up with another post. And I thought "Why am I stressing myself over a blog that only has one reader. (Hi again Tonia)." So I stopped and thought. I'm not done thinking yet. I feel that a successful blog, ya know with readers, and most of the blogs I like are about a subject. Either cooking, or living simply, or homesteading, blah blah blah. But how do they only talk about one department of their lives? Or should I say screw it and use it as a journal of my thoughts? Do I want to put the energy into it to get more readers? Do I even really care about readers?

So here I am still deciding. But I do like the blog community and want to be apart of it. The other answers will come, right?

Yeah Jenn!
I have found that the more I comment on other people's blogs the more comments I get. I figure that for every one person who comments there are probably 1-2 who didn't comment but came to visit the blog. Of course I have never had all that many commenters. I know what you mean about deciding on a focus. I am still trying to figure it out. I hope you keep posting. Love the daylily in your header picture. -tonia
