School Starts next Monday. It seems like a good time to refocus. So in an effort to eat at home I am starting my meal planning back up. I'm going to run my meal plans from Tuesday to Tuesday since Wednesday is trash day and the sale fliers come out on Monday. So here it is with one extra day...

lunch: left overs
snack: left overs
Dinner: leftover Roast, corn on the cob, salad, watermelon
To Do: freeze ham, make cucumber and onion salad, make muffins
Tuesday
Break: muffins
lunch: leftover roast beef sandwiches, carrots
snack: grapes and cheese
Dinner: Crock Pot BBQ sandwiches, cooked carrots, cucs & onions, watermelon
To Do: in AM start crock pot
Wednesday
Break: muffins
lunch: ham sandwiches, carrots
snack: peanut butter and celery
Dinner: spaghetti, broccoli and dip, cucs & onions, garlic bread
To Do:
Thursday
Break: muffins
lunch: leftover spag, broccoli & dip, garlic bread
snack: grapes and cheese
Dinner: leftover BBQ and Spag
To Do: Make Quinoa salad
Friday
Break: muffins (again!)
lunch: Quinoa salad
snack: celery and peanut butter
Dinner: fried ham, quinoa salad, raw veggies
To Do:
Saturday
Break: scrambled eggs
lunch: tuna salad
snack: Zucchini squares
Dinner: Out with friends
To Do:
Sunday
Break: biscuits and jelly
lunch: Mom-in-laws
snack: fruit
Dinner: white chili, corn bread, carrots and broccoli

So here it is. I'm a little rusty so there's a lot of repeats cause I want to keep waste minimal.
